SHIKARPUR/DADU/HYDERABAD: Rain and severe cold wave has hit Shikarpur, Dadu, Hyderabad and adjoining districts forcing people to stay indoors on Saturday. After the rain citizens faced prolonged loadshedding in various parts of Shikarpur adding to their hardships. In Dadu, rainwater inundated low lying areas. Numerous roads of the city in Katcho, KN Shah, Mehar and Johi towns remained flooded and several areas were without electricity after the rain. Meanwhile, Hyderabad and surrounding districts received light drizzling since Saturday morning and continued intermittently till evening forcing people to stay indoors. The city faced loadshedding from 9:00 am to 3:30pm. Several streets and roads submerged due to rainwater in the city.
