JAMMU: In occupied Kashmir, the puppet authorities have arrested two youths hailing from Islamabad and Handwara areas for not standing up when Indian anthem was played in Jammu.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth did not stand up while the anthem was being played in a cinema hall in Jammu, the other day. They have been identified as Syed Mudasir Ahmad Shah of Neelpora Magam in Handwara and Javaid Ahmad Teli of Hiller Kukernag area of Islamabad. Both have been lodged at Narwal police station in Jammu.
Indian Supreme Court on November 30, last year, had directed cinema halls to play the anthem before the screening of every movie.
